4. Visual Drawings & Design Plans

Before construction begins, we supply comprehensive drawings to bring your design to life.
This includes layout plans, elevations, and visual concepts for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries, ensuring every detail is clear and aligned with your vision.

5. Construction & Installation
Before work begins, a 25% deposit is required. This allows us to order all materials, secure fixtures, and schedule every trade involved so your project runs smoothly and on time.

Our team manages the entire build from start to finish — demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, and final fit‑off.

6. Competion

Once all work is finished, we issue the final invoice for the outstanding balance.
